My boyfriend broke up with me because he felt he needed some space, this happened the night that I thought he was going to propose to me. He invited me to dinner at a very nice expensive restaurant and later while we walked and began to cuddle on the beach outside he broke the news that he needed to move out to get some bearings on his life. So the whole time I had been all excited and getting ready toaccepthis proposal but instead I got dumped after dating him for a whole year. Looking for a boyfriend is not an easy thing to do, especially if you're not the type that likes to party very much. How in the world are you suppose to get yourself out there to find someone. Kelly was the type of person who loved to be around people, she liked the the feeling of being wanted.She was a 22 year old student, who was single and had only had one boyfriend.She was in university in Aberystwyth, and was loving the student life. She was doing very well socially, she had plenty of friends, and ifshe ever wanted and help with anything, or advice, shealways had plenty of people to fall back on. Kelly had 3 very good friends,with whom she lived with. They all had partners, and were starting to worry about Kelly, she had absolutely no interest in dating, he friends wanted to set her up on a blind date, but she point blank refused to go out on the date. They tried plenty of methods to get her to date, they signed her up to local dating sites on theInternet, they would create her a profile, but not use her picture, that would have been wrong. They wrote a lovely profile for her, and with in 2 weeks, she had numerous replies to her inbox.She was still unaware that this was going on. Her friends had created another email address for her, that they knew the password for.They started looking through all the profiles that were interested in Kelly, who had seen her on the dating sites.It was quite achallenge, there were some very strange people in Aberystwyth. Some of the men were just looking for a good female friend, some one to have a good chat to and a cuddle when things got tough. My last relationship ended last year and since then I have not actively been dating men. Last night when I was sitting at the coffee bar that I like to go to on Friday night's I had someone actually try to pick me up. It was a bit of a wake up called and as I sat there with this guy at my table and he was talking to me about the book he was reading I realized that I am a very young woman and that I should be out there enjoying myself instead of always being such a loner. I enjoyed ourconversationvery much, he was so interesting and as we chatted and laughed I wished that I could continue mu conversation with him longer or see him again. After an hour of talking he leaned over to whisper in my ear and he asked me if I was dating anyone, I laughed andadmittedthat I was not dating men at all andhadn'tbeen for a while but I was also to shy to give him my phone number when he asked for it. He gave me a quick embrace and bid me goodnight with a very sweet smile and a wink.
